Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items, hazardous or flammable materials, digital or downloadable products, and gift cards.
A valid proof of purchase is required to process all returns. Returned items should not be sent back without contacting us first.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
